Our TPE material enables efficient manufacturing processes in conjunction with the dual injection technology which completes the final product in a single process. We open a new realm of shoe-making industry which used to be labor-intensive.
TPE imposes little harm to human body and further, boasts high quality. walk&rest uses different types of TPE for upper, outsole and insole to offer the most comfortable product experience.
Our dual injection technology enables the attachment of the upper and outsole of different types of materials without using toxic adhesive. Through this technology, we pursue efficient and nontoxic manufacturing process.
Our manufacturing process is similar to that of baking. We combine and knead various raw materials (ingredients) for softness and elasticity, and then pour them into molds for a good shape.
